Frequently asked questions

It was a grande ole Florida thunderstorm.
Why do you go by "Teeny?"
Well, when I was a wee little Middle Schooler, I was cast in my very first musical as "Tootie," in "Meet Me in St. Louis." Of course, the charming name stuck. Yes, Tootie. You have complete permission to laugh at my middle school mockery. Annoyed at being referred to as a form of flatulence, one day I finally yelled, "Can you call me anything else?!!" My friend Diana immediately goes, "All right, Teeny!"
Why are you adventuring?
Why not? No really, after being too busy to even understand the notion of having a hobby, I couldn't find a reason not to. Also, I love discovering any new way to stay fit and live life to the fullest! When I shifted my focus from doing exercise adventures for fun instead of staying "skinny," I found myself absolutely addicted. Plus, who doesn't love any excuse to vacation explore? Not many people can be heard saying, "God, I hate going to new places and having fun. UGH!"
What's an adventurer?
It can be anything you chose it to be. To me, it's someone who tests THEIR limits and try out new exercises and travels. I decided that I wanted people to look at my photos and ask, "Where in the world are you this week?" and "What in the hell are you doing NOW?!" A person who engages in anything that's exciting, new and challenging to them is my definition of an adventurer. And believe me, my name will be synonymous with it. This, I'm sure of. :)

I get excited at the beach. Jumping around is the norm!
What are you goals for the site?
To inspire others that you don't have to be an athlete to be active or have lots of money and time off to travel. You can do it all RIGHT NOW! I am in no way shape or form an athlete. I was a prissy singer/dancer for the past 12 years and never did a sport growing up, EVER. I just saw people having fun and decided, "I want to do that," and so I did. I'm also not swimming in bukoos of bucks and a plethora of vacation time. In fact, quite the contrary. BUT, I have made it a goal of mine to take mini vacations in an affordable way and engage in any active exercise.
How do you feel about reviewing races and adventure spots?
Why, I thought you'd never ask or look in my F.A.Q's dear lovely reader! I love any opportunity to explore, get muddy or try new things. That being said, I'd love to try out your new Mud Race, extreme activity or sport and write a review. This review could quite possible result in me wrangling a group of 20 to try out your "jam." I'm just saying. :)
